Returns/Exchanges Policy

Please retain your Original Receipt for any Returns/Exchanges. Our Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns
We offer an exchange for change of mind up to 14 days after the purchase date. If you wish to return the item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Daiso will offer you an exchange provided that:

    • 1. You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
      2. You need to produce an Original Receipt at the time you return the item;
      3. The item is in re-saleable condition including that; 
      a) It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals (if any) and all accessories
      b) It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition or original seal or original wrap intact;
      4. Returns or Exchanges must be done at Store of Purchase;

  • ** if these requirements are not satisfied Daiso reserves the right not to offer an exchange.**

  • Daiso will not accept return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

    • 1. Cosmetics
      2. Fragrances
      3. Hosiery
      4. Underwear
      5. Personal Care
      6. Gift Vouchers

      Other Returns
      Daiso will provide you with a Refund where:
      The product is Faulty due to a manufacturer’s fault/defect. You will need to produce an Original Receipt at the time you return the item.

      Refunds must be done at Store of Purchase.

      ** Daiso reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse, abnormal use or abuse or neglect.**

    6. Eastland Shopping Centre: Shop 1098,171-175 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood, Victoria 3134
    7. Regent Place: Lot 1, Level 9, 501 George Street (486 Kent Street), Sydney, NSW 2000
